Simple Tips How To Cook Shrimps

 

To Keep your shrimps still delicious and not hard while cooking, simply follow this steps below:

1. It must be cook with short period so the original taste it will remains and sweet.
2. Mostly they cooking for about three minutes in middle temperature.
3. As soon as the color changed into red, it means cooked enough and ready
4. Shrimps are very quickly ripe and if you cooking a little bit longer than required, it will be not good for consumption.

To get the best result, just try out these methods:

1. Prepare 1/2 Kg Shrimps in a pan filled up with boiled water about 1/3 of volume. Put 3 tea spoons of salt. Closed the pan, boiled again, until the skin seems red / ripe.

2. For Lobster, usually it takes around 7-8 minutes, for bigger shrimps it will takes around 5-7 minutes, middle size of shrimp estimated 3-4 minutes.

3. Soon after the shrimp ready / ripe / become red, you have to put it into cool water / normal water so the cooking process will stop immediately. Don't keep them in hot water / boiled water because the cooking process still continued and not stop, which may lead into shrimps become hard.
